Culture Circle

Friday, February 05th, 2010 | Author: admin

It seems, that every culture has three steps or phases you are partly or successive in:

3 cultures:

  • Creative – Inventing Things and ideas, taking risks, high failure rate
  • Ready made – Using things and ideas, no own ideas, low risk, money consuming
  • Recycling – Re-using things and ideas until they are worn out, no risk at all

Because it is a circle – the end of recycling is the beginning of creativity.

opinions and facts

Monday, February 16th, 2009 | Author: admin

A very bright and beautiful woman told me on my trip to India, that I am very “opinionated”. I thought about that: Is this good or bad?
I wondered often why only a few people started to discuss with me every time I gave an opinion but many people started to hate or avoid me.
Now I know. Opinions are for me the starting point of thinking. For most people I have met in my life, opinions were the stopping point of thinking. And if my viewpoint was not the same as their viewpoint – they got angry.
This, so it seems to me, is one of the problems of the world.

StoryWay Teaching

Monday, May 26th, 2008 | Author: admin

If you think about your schooldays – what do you remember most? If this, what you remember most are stories and pictures (inner pictures), then your inner self has decided the worth of StoryWay-Teaching.

Is it possible to transport all kinds of information per Story? I believe in these ideas, because they are more then techniques – Stories and inner pictures are the main way our brain store complex informations.

If you have a closer look to mnemotechniques and “modern” teaching techniques, you will find mostly Storytelling there.

Lies or stories? Lügen oder Stories?

Monday, April 28th, 2008 | Author: admin

Every lie has a partner – the person who wish to believe in lies. That’s the reason why stories are more then lies. Stories are deliberately told as something which truth is not in the told facts but in emotions, inner pictures or moralic ideas. (More about this topic you may find here (in german language).
